We are pleased to announce that our warehouse has been entered into the register of establishments subject to the Official Control of the State Sanitary Inspectorate.

What does it mean?

We have passed the inspection and we can store your food products in unit packages. 馃コ
Under the control of the Health Department, we must maintain the standards of our warehouse and be ready for inspection every day.

#BREXIT

As the result of #BREXIT since 01/01/2021 there have been changes in the cross-border traffic from the UK.

What does this mean for goods exporters and importers? Are there any reasons for concern?
In our opinion, is not that scary 馃槈
Below is a short description and a link to the guide describing the whole process. We encourage you to read.

A carrier from an EU member state wishing to provide transport from the UK must have:
* community license
* proof of insurance for the vehicle and trailer
* certificate of professional qualification, driving license and ID card (from 01/10/2021 passport valid for at least 6 months)
* EORI number
* must record each trip in the GVMS

Depending on the customs procedure on which the goods will be cleared, the documents required for the transported goods:
* Prenotification – proof of customs declaration in the EU and in the UK – MRZ or EORI number
* Common Transit Procedure (CTC) – TAD or LRN number
* Temporary Admission Procedure (ATA) – ATA carnet
* TIR procedure – TIR carnet (ordinary procedure) or EX export declaration (simplified procedure)

It’s on! #update

We are happy to announce that as #jmplogisticscenter we’ve received all permits and we can work. We can implement our ideas and take on the challenges from our clients! We’ve opened the gates for the the first loads arrival and we’re filling our racks. Our warehouse has been awarded the “A” class – which is the highest possible standard and gives us the way to obtain new certificates and expand our possibilities. Who are we and how it started?

JMP’s activity in the industry of forklifts and construction machinery has began in 1997.

The experience we gained allowed us to appear on the market as an authorized dealer, we’ve become a distributor of almost every type of storage conveyor, thanks to which it’s possible to meet all customer needs, even the most unusual ones.

High qualifications and many years of our employees experience, allowed us to expand our activities for service and rental of fork and construction lifts. We also conduct specialized trainings.

Thanks to the gained trust of European Funds, we’ve received a grant for the implementation of the project “Establishment of the JMP Logistics Center by JMP W贸zki Wid艂owe Paluchiewicz Sp贸艂ka Jawna”, in 2021 we ‘re starting an adventure called Contract Logistics.

When designing our services, we focus on the specificity of each client and their expectations regarding the outsourcing of logistics processes. The result is a tailor-made service that increases the overall efficiency of our partners operations.

Temporary storage warehouse

We have the ability to reload and store loads in our warehouse, as a place recognized by the Customs Office.

The cargo entering the territory of the EU at each border point is subject to the transit procedure (T1, TIR etc.). For various reasons (suspension of payment of customs duties (customs duty, excise duty, VAT), lack of documents, transhipment, further sale… etc.) the goods are not always immediately reported for final clearance / release for free circulation.

Thanks to our solution, customers can store their loads with us from the time the customs procedures are completed.

Place recognized

For other customs-approved goods which are in the process of transport, not intended for storage. Customs procedures can be performed on the means of transport. For this purpose, we have created and made available a recognized place (designated by the customs authorities).

Thanks to this solution, the customer (owner, carrier or Customs Agency) can make a customs declaration of an import or export in the so-called simplified procedure at this point. As a result, there is no need to transport loaded vehicles to the premises of the Customs Office.
